When you sign up, you get 30 days of Pro

Every new account starts with 30 days of full Pro access — no opt-in, no credit card required. When the 30 days end, you keep everything you built and stay on Choordinator Free. If you want to keep leading sessions or editing bands, upgrade to Pro any time for $4.99/month or $39.99/year.

What stays free

Your personal library, bulk imports, practice tools, personal highlights, foot-pedal scrolling, transpose, and the ability to view any session never get gated. Your work is yours — even if you never pay a cent, you keep using Choordinator as a personal songbook for as long as you want.

What Pro unlocks

Pro is for the moments where a few dollars a month covers the cost of bringing the whole room together:

• Leading live sessions. Broadcasting charts to multiple devices in real time.
• Creating bands. Owning a shared library + setlists + notes for a group.
• Writing to bands. Editing band tabs, setlists, or member roles.
• Band notes and highlights. Shared color-coded cues and notes your whole band can see.

Band ownership rules

A band stays writable as long as any owner is on Pro. If you stop paying but your co-owner is still on Pro, the band keeps working — they take over leading and editing. If all owners go Free, the band pauses (everyone can still read it; no one can edit until an owner upgrades). A lapsed sole owner can still promote a member to co-owner — that new owner can upgrade to revive the band.

Followers are always free

Anyone with a session code can join — no account needed. That's the whole point: one leader pays, the whole band (or jam, or congregation, or audience) plays for free.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your billing settings. Your library, your imports, and your past sessions stay with you — going back to Free is a graceful step-down, not a wall.
